Product Replacement: 

While we stand by the excellence of our products, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our flexible return policy is a testament to our commitment to your satisfaction. We gladly accommodate returns/replacements: should you receive an item that does not match your original order, we swiftly rectify the situation.

 

Damages:

In case of breakage or transit damage, please send a photograph of the damaged goods via WhatsApp to +91 8295 410 854 to expedite immediate assistance. Even in such instances, retaining the original packaging, along with foam and cushioning, assists our process in understanding and resolving the situation effectively.

 

Cancellation: 

We hold your choices in the highest regard. Should you choose to cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, please communicate your decision to us at superman@organigram.in or call us at +91 8295 410 854

 

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. 

 

Returns: 

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at superman@organigram.in or contact our dedicated helpline at  +91 8295 410 854. Our attentive customer care team is here to ensure your returns experience is seamless and efficient. Our return policy spans 7 days from product receipt, applicable exclusively for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

 

– Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. Send these images to superman@organigram.in for our Quality Assurance team’s evaluation. Within 2-3 days of receiving your image submission, we respond with your Return Request Status, confirming eligibility.

 

– Once accepted, a reverse pickup is organised, typically taking 2-3 working days, followed by a 7-10 day delivery to our warehouse. Upon arrival, our Quality Assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it, promptly reflecting in your bank account.

 

– For a successful return, the original packaging must accompany the product, inclusive of tags, barcodes, shipping label, and invoice. Furthermore, the product should remain unused and in its original condition.

 

Refunds: 

All refunds will be processed within 2-5 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds can also be made in the form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation.

 

Prepaid orders receive direct account refunds, while COD orders are refunded via NEFT transfer; please provide your account details. Kindly allow 5-6 days for your statements to reflect the refunded amount.
